Please complete this form entirely along with all product serial numbers and PO numbers.
Antares will at its option repair or replace products not conforming to each product limited warranty at no charge.
Once you receive an RGA number from us, please return all items marked with the RGA number.
Return all defective items at your own risk and expense.
If you require replacement items immediately, please place a new exchange order. You’ll receive a credit once the defective items are received.
Products returned to Antares for repair will be returned to the customer via common ground service at our expense.
All return items MUST arrive at our doors within 14 DAYS of the original RGA submission. Otherwise the RGA request will be voided and all items will be refused.
