RGA Request Terms and Conditions

  • Please complete this form entirely along with all product serial numbers and PO numbers.
  • Antares will at its option repair or replace products not conforming to each product limited warranty at no charge.
  • Once you receive an RGA number from us, please return all items marked with the RGA number.
  • Return all defective items at your own risk and expense.
  • If you require replacement items immediately, please place a new exchange order. You’ll receive a credit once the defective items are received.
  • Products returned to Antares for repair will be returned to the customer via common ground service at our expense.
  • All return items MUST arrive at our doors within 14 DAYS of the original RGA submission. Otherwise the RGA request will be voided and all items will be refused.
